A heat dome/ridge of high pressure is budiling across the Southeastern US, and that will take our temperatures into the mid to upper 90s over the next several days. With the humidity, heat indicies will top 100 in many locations Friday -Sunday.  We will see small, 20% rain chances just about every afternoon this week.  Our hottest day for the last two years has been 97 degrees. We could top that over as we head into the weekend.
