CREAM OF CHICKEN MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients:
1/4 lb. margarine or butter
1 medium red onion, diced
2-3 ribs of celery with leaves, diced
4 chicken breasts, diced
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
 
Directions:
Saute all ingredients above.

Then add 1/2 cup flour
1 quart hot water
2 t chicken base
1 t marjarom
1/2 T tarragon
1 c heavy cream
Pinch of black pepper

Heat and serve.  Makes 1 gallon.
