ORANGE RUM INFUSED MASHED SWEET POTATOES

2 large sweet potatoes, baked and peeled
1 T butter, softened
2 T brown sugar
2 T grated orange zest
2 T Orange-flavored Rum
Place butter, brown sugar, orange zest, and rum in a large bowl. Using a food mill or potato masher add potatoes to bowl and stir to combine. Add salt to taste. Serve warm.
