SUMMER CORN ON THE COB

Ingredients:
8 Ears Fresh Corn
2 T Basil & Oregano Italian No-Salt Added Seasoning
1 15 oz. Soft Tub Margarine

Directions:
Prepare Basil & Oregano Seasoned Soft Tub Margarine the day before.  We recommend mixing an entire small tub of this tasty margarine, as you'll find that you never have enough.  Using a spatula, transfer margarine from tub to small mixing bowl.  Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. Southern Delight Basil & Oregano No-Salt-Added Italian Seasoning Blend over margarine, and use spatula to mix thoroughly.  Transfer back to tub and return to refrigerator, leaving overnight for the flavors to develop. Pre-heat grill to medium heat.  Remove husks, silks and wash corn.  Place corn on the grill, and brush with the seasoned margarine.  Turn occasionally to cook corn evenly, brushing with additional seasoned margarine.  Cook for 8-12 min, or until nicely browned and kernels are tender.  This is also great in the microwave!
