HERB GRILLED CORN

Ingredients:
4 ears fresh corn, shucked, silks removed, rinsed
¼ c butter, melted
1 t dried basil or 1 T fresh chopped basil
1 t dried parsley flakes or 1 T fresh chopped parsley
½ t garlic salt
¼ t black pepper

Directions:
Combine melted butter, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.  Brush each ear of corn with herbed butter.  Place on grill over medium heat and cook 15-20 minutes or until corn tests tender.  Turn ears of corn several times during cooking process and brush with herbed butter. 

Yields 4 servings

*May also place corn on squares of heavy-duty foil and seal.  Follow instructions as above.
