SUNFLOWER SLAW

Ingredients:
Sweet-and-Sour Vinaigrette
seasoning packets from 2 pkgs. beef-flavor ramen noodles
3/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c cider vinegar
1/2 c sugar

Slaw
1 (16 oz) pkg. coleslaw mix
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 stem broccoli, chopped
1 c slivered almonds
1 c sunflower seeds
noodles from 2 pkgs. beef-flavor ramen noodles, crushed

Directions:
To prepare the vinaigrette combine the seasoning packets from the noodle packages, vegetable oil, vinegar and sugar in a bowl and whisk to mix well. Chill, covered, for 2 hours or longer.

To prepare the slaw, combine the coleslaw mix, green onions, broccoli, almonds and sunflower seeds in a large salad bowl. Add the vinaigrette and noodles at serving time and toss to coat well.

Serves 10 to 12
