 1 lb. Chicken 

 1 pint Buttermilk

 ½ cup Hot Sauce

 1 tsp Cayenne

 2 cups All Purpose Flour

 2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs

 ½ tsp Garlic 

 ½ tsp Onion Powder

 Salt & Pepper to taste

Spicy Sauce: 

 1 lb Earth Balance (a veggie oil spread), melted 

 ½ cup Cayanne Pepper

 ¼ cup Salt

Mix the buttermilk and hot sauce together in a bowl. Marinate the chicken breasts 

in the buttermilk and hot sauce either overnight, or for at least 2 hours. Preheat the 

oven to 375. Drain the buttermilk off of the chicken. . In another bowl, mix together 

the flour and spices. Next, dredge the chicken with the flour mixture. Place chicken 

on a wire rack on a sheet pan. Bake until the temperature of the chicken reaches 165 

when tested with a meat thermometer (about 20 minutes). Remove from oven. Dip 

each piece of chicken in the spicy sauce. Drain off excess sauce. Serve.
