RECIPE # 4825 PARMESAN SAGE CHICKEN Friday May 11, 2012

¾ cup butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 cup panko crumbs

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

2 Tablespoons minced sage

¼ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon salt

6 each 4 ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

 

 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Melt the butter with the garlic in a saucepan over medium heat. When the butter starts to bubble, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

3. Stir the breadcrumbs together with the Parmesan cheese, sage, pepper, and salt in a bowl.

4. Wash and pat dry chicken breasts. Dip them in the butter, then press into the seasoned bread crumbs. Place the chicken in to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish lined in foil. Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is golden brown and no longer pink in the center 50 to 55 minutes.
