RECIPE # 4669 SALMON PATTIES Thursday July 14, 2011

1 can Alaskan Salmon

2 eggs (cage free organic)

1 T olive oil

1/4 of an onion, chopped

15-20 crackers, crumbled ( or use 1/4 c flour instead )

1 T Coconut Oil

  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
  • Form into patties.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  • Cook 5 minutes on each side.
