1 c heavy cream
3/4 c Parmesan cheese
3 egg yolks
1 t. butter
1 oz white wine
2 cloves garlic
1 oz olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add oil and garlic and cook until until browned.
Add heavy cream and egg yolks.
Stir about 2 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, then stir in wine and butter.
Toss with fettuccini noodles and serve!
