RECIPE #4532 - PEANUT BUTTER PIE, Friday, September 17, 2010

LINDA SMITH / TN STATE FAIR BAKER OF THE YEAR

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese

½ c sugar

½ c creamy peanut butter

1 t vanilla

1 (8oz) carton whipping cream

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

2 T chopped salted peanuts (optional)

Combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Beat well. Beat whipping cream to peaks. Fold into first mixture. Pour into crust. Sprinkle on peanuts. Chill 3 hours.
