DAISY KING - MISS DAISY'S KITCHEN
1 package lemon cake mix
1 3-oz package lemon instant pudding
2 T key lime juice, bottle type
1 c water
1 c salad oil
Assemble ingredients. In a large mixing bowl combine ingredients and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for 10-15 minutes. Place cake on dish and make holes with fork on top. and glaze immediately.
KEY LIME GLAZE
1 c powdered sugar
1/4 c key lime juice
In small bowl , vigorously beat with a whisk and pour on top of warm cake.
Yield: 12-14 servings
