RECIPE # 5119 SPICY CHILI DIP & CHEESY LOAF Mon. Jan. 27, 2014

1 (16-ounce) package pasteurized prepared cheese product
1 (16-ounce) jar salsa
1 (15-ounce) can chili No Beans
1 (12-ounce) package sausage links, cooked and crumbled
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Tortilla chips
Directions
In saucepan, combine cheese product and salsa. Cook over low heat, stirring, until cheese is melted. Add chili, sausage and cream cheese. Cook until heated thoroughly. Serve in slow cooker with chips.


1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups diced Ham
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced green chilies
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cut thin slice from top of bread loaf. Remove center from loaf, leaving 1/2-inch wall; reserve removed bread.
In bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Fill bread shell with ham mixture. Place top of bread over ham mixture. Wrap loaf in aluminum foil; place on baking sheet.
Bake filled loaf 1 hour 15 minutes or until hot. Serve dip with reserved bread and/or tortilla chips.
