RECIPE # 3976 - DILLY CHEESE BREAD - Tuesday, April 10, 2007

DAISY KING/MISS DAISY'S KITCHEN 

3 c Bisquick baking mix
1-1/2 c grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 T sugar
1-1/4 c milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 T vegetable oil
1/2 t dillweed 
1/2 t dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Generously grease 9x5-inch loaf pan or 6-cup bundt pan.  Combine Bisquick baking mix, cheese and sugar in large bowl.  Combine remaining ingredients in second bowl and mix well.  Stir into dry mixture, blending thoroughly, then beat slightly to remove lumps.  Pour into pan and bake until golden, 45-50 minutes. Yield: 12-14 servings
