MONEY SAVING IDEAS / MARY HANCE / MS. CHEAP: Ms. Cheap took us to the Governor's Mansion, which is open for free tours of the holiday decorations this season. Ms. Cheap also mentioned a popular sale of wrapping paper, ribbons and other holiday goods. The "Tennessee Home for the Holidays Open House" is Mondays through Saturdays at various times through Dec. 14. The free tours last about an hour, and you must make a reservation in advance at www.tn.gov/firstlady/residence/holidays.shtml or by calling 615-741-7846. The "We Are Building Lives Christmas Warehouse Sale" is at the Lasko building at 1725 Columbia Highway in Franklin. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. through Dec. 14, closed on Sundays. Tuwanda took us inside a beautifully decorated home and a restaurant participating in the Historic Germantown Holiday tour. The Historic Germantown Holiday Tour is Sunday, December 8th, 4pm-7pm.
