Owner Of Local Pain Clinic Turns Himself In
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The owner of a local pain clinic described by police as a "pill mill" turned himself in Wednesday.

Rose was ducking federal drug charges in Jacksonville, Florida and was accused of illegally selling highly addictive pain killers.
Agents raided "Total Pain Solutions" in Murfreesboro in October.
Rose turned himself in Tuesday. He could face 20 years on drug and money laundering charges.
