KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A group of University of Tennessee students has traveled nearly 3,000 miles by bicycle to draw attention to the issue of human trafficking, and they have just a few more days to go.

They call themselves the Freedom Cyclers. Their journey started last month in Los Angeles. The bikers made it to Knoxville by the end of last week. The plan is to finish in Savannah, Georgia, by the end of this week.

By that time, the cyclists will have traveled more than 3,200 miles since June 11.

Rider Matthew Roelofs told local media he can't think of a worse situation to be in than what is endured by victims of human trafficking.
