Songwriter Dallas Davidson Arrested Outside Music Row Bar
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A well-known Nashville singer-songwriter was arrested early Thursday morning outside a popular Music Row bar.
Metropolitan Nashville Police officers were called to the Tin Roof on Demonbreun Street, and found Dallas Davidson outside. Officers said he was drunk, yelling obscenities along with racial and homophobic slurs.
Patrons and employees at the bar told police that he had been inside the bar trying to start fights with multiple people.
Police said they took him in to custody for his own good as well as the safety of others.
The 36-year-old was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was later released from jail on $3,500 bond.
Davidson is known for penning hits for Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum and Blake Shelton. He and his ex-wife, Sarah Davidson, also star on the reality show “Private Lives of Nashville Wives.”
