CREATED Jul 3, 2014

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Two men from Georgia have been indicted in an ongoing human trafficking case by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

Officials with the TBI said James Elston Harris, 54, of Hogansville, Georgia, and James Green, Jr., 42, of LaGrange, Georgia, have been accused of statutory rape of a minor.

In August 2012 the TBI began investigating a sex trafficking case involving a minor female victim. Details surrounding the alleged incidents were not released.

Both men reportedly admitted the sexual activity to TBI agents.

On June 13, the two men were indicted by a Wilson County Grand Jury, charging each with one count of Aggravated Statutory Rape.

Both men were booked into the Wilson County Jail on Tuesday and subsequently released after posting $5,000 bond.
