NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man was arrested after he allegedly used a smartphone app to send child pornography to an undercover cop.
Metropolitan Nashville Police charged 33-year-old Evan Adams with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
A woman contacted Metro Police after Adams sent her inappropriate pictures using the smartphone app "Kik."
Metro police said Adams sent the witness a picture of underage boys and girls having sex.
An undercover officer took over messaging the suspect with the woman’s phone. According to an affidavit, Adams asked the witness for help making a porn movie.
When the undercover officer asked what age he wanted the actors to be in the movie, Adams allegedly said “Any age really... what age do you like?"
Then, police said Adams sent another inappropriate picture of underage girls.
When asked for his name, Adams gave the first two letters of his name and said he lived near the airport. The suspect had a picture of himself on his KIK profile.
He later messaged the woman, saying he was going to lunch at Applebee’s with his mother.
Agents went to the restaurant on Harding Place on Wednesday, and were able to confirm the identity of Adams using his profile picture.
He was followed to his house where police arrested him.
His bond was set at $200,000.
