Police Arrest 23-Year-Old Man For Sex Trafficking, Promoting Prostitution
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a sex trafficking case involving a teenage girl.
Metropolitan Nashville Police charged Jeron Bond with 18 offenses, including promoting prostitution, sex trafficking, and money laundering.
A Davidson County affidavit said undercover officers set up a prostitution sting at the Red Roof Inn on Claridge Drive earlier this month. They had responded to an ad from two females on Backpage.com. One of them was underage.
Police said Bond set up the ad, drove them to the motel, and paid for the room.
Bond was booked Tuesday into the Davidson County Jail on $420,000 bail.
