'Lyft For Good' Event Helps Homeless In Nashville
NASHVILLE , Tenn. – Lyft drivers in the Nashville area banded together Sunday morning to help the homeless.
They put together and distributed 200 “Lyft kits”. The kits were actually backpacks filled with nonperishable food, bottled water, clothing and toiletries. The kits also included one of the companies iconic pink mustaches.
The event was part of the company’s Lyft For Good initiative which is taking place across the country.
Lyft is a mobile-based ride sharing company.
