Driver Loses Control, Slams Into Side Of South Nashville Bank
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Three people were sent to the hospital after the vehicle they were in slammed into the side of a bank and flipped upside down.
The crash happened around 7:45 p.m. Friday at the Bank of America branch at the corner of Thompson Lane and Sidco Drive in South Nashville.
Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department said the car was traveling eastbound on Thompson Lane when it lost control. The vehicle drove through two business parking lots before it hit the bank and flipped.
Three people were inside. They were all transported by ground ambulance to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police were working to determine why the vehicle lost control. Officers were en route to the hospital to speak with the victims.
