Cheatham Co. Sheriff’s Sgt. Resigns After Allegations Of Sexual Harrassment
CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. – A Cheatham County Sheriff’s sergeant has resigned following allegations of sexual harassment.
Sheriff John Holder said the sergeant allegedly made sexual advances on his co-workers via text messages.
The District Attorney determined the messages were not criminal in nature, but it was decided it would be in the best interest of the department for him to resign.
No other details were known.
