Power Restored To Nearly 9K Customers In Brentwood, Forest Hills

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Power has been restored to nearly 9,000 customers south of Nashville after a major outage Friday night. 

The outages were reported mainly in the Brentwood and Forest Hills areas.

According to the Nashville Electric Service outage map, 2,573 people were without power in Forest Hills, while nearly 6,000 were without electricity in Brentwood. 

It was not immediately known what caused the outages but an official with NES said the Brentwood outage could be weather related. 

Crews were dispatched and worked quickly in an effort to restore power.
