3 Charged After Allegedly Leading Deputies On High-Speed Chase
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Three suspects have been charged after allegedly leading deputies on a high-speed pursuit in Montgomery County.
Officials with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said Alex Baker, 23, Jessica Davis, 20, and Jonathon Scroggins, 24, were arrested early Friday morning on various charges.
A deputy attempted to pull the vehicle over, when Scroggins, allegedly sped away at a high rate of speed.
During the pursuit, investigators said several items were tossed out of the window, including two cellophane wrappers and a large amount of pseudoephedrine. A drug scale, along with Alphrazolam, was also allegedly found near the driver’s side of the vehicle.
All three were booked into the Montgomery County Jail. Baker’s bond was set at $151,000, Davis’ bond was set at $162,500 and Scroggins’ bond was set at $247,500.
