Police Say Man Stole 18 Bottles Of Wine From Closed Restaurant
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man was arrested for allegedly stealing more than $700 in wine from a local restaurant.
Officers with Metropolitan Nashville Police Department were called to Virago on McGavock Street on Thursday for a reported burglary.
A security guard told police he saw 54-year-old Ronald Vasalech enter the closed business and steal eighteen bottles of wine from their patio bar.
The wine was said to be worth $720.
Once Vasalech was taken into custody, he allegedly admitted to the crime.
Vasalech was charged with burglary. His bond was set at $10,000.
