Police Say Hopkinsville Mother Drove Drunk With Toddler In Car
HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. - A Hopkinsville mother was arrested for allegedly driving drunk with her toddler in the car.
The Kentucky New Era reported 25-year-old Jasmine Coleman was pulled over Sunday night at South Campbell and East 9th streets after police saw her child hanging out of the car window.
According to a police report, Coleman's child was not in a car seat, and was actually hanging out of the car's backseat.
Coleman told officers she only had a glass of wine at dinner, but the paper reported she blew a .121 BAC on a Breathalyzer.
She was charged with multiple offenses, including DUI and first-degree wanton endangerment
