Tip Leads To Arrest Of Suspects Accused Of Breaking Into Home
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A tip from a concerned citizen led to the arrest of three suspects accused of breaking into a home in Nashville.
Officials with the Nashville Police Department said witnesses reported seeing Tyrone Walker, 20, Calvin Morris, 20, and Gregory Clark, 18, leave a residence on Wade Avenue.
Police tracked the suspects to a nearby apartment building where they reportedly jumped out of a second story window in an effort to escape.
All three were taken into custody at the scene.
Officers said an Xbox 360 and Vizio flat screen TV were recovered from inside the apartment. Items believed to have been taken during additional alleged burglaries were also recovered.
They were each charged with one count of aggravated burglary and have been booked in in lieu of $76,000 bond each.
Morris and Clark have previous burglary convictions. Walker has a previous conviction for cocaine possession.
