Warren County Woman Charged In Head-On Collision
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A woman has been charged with driving under the influence after a head-on collision in Warren County, Kentucky.
Officials with the Warren County Sherriff's Office said the crash occurred Saturday around 9:30 p.m. on Riverside Ben Leo Road, near Ridge Road.
Belinda Willis, 37, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, two counts of wanton endangerment and first degree criminal mischief.
Investigators said Willis was driving in the wrong lane of traffic and collided with a vehicle being driven by 35-year-old Sharlie Rich. Anthony Anderson, 32, was also in the vehicle at the time of the collision.
Both Rich and Anderson were transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Willis was arrested on the scene and has been booked into the Warren County Jail.
