Franklin Police Looking To Identify Credit Card Theft Suspects
FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Police have asked the public's help in identifying four suspects wanted in connection with credit card theft in Williamson County.
Officials with the Franklin Police Department said four suspects have been accused of using stolen credit card numbers to make several purchases at a Walmart, located on Mallory Lane in Franklin.
The purchases were said to have been made between March 20 and March 23, totaling more than $650. The numbers have also been used to make purchases in other states.
According to police, each of the card numbers was from Ascend Federal Credit Union.
Investigators said the incidents could be part of a larger operating ring in the Middle Tennessee area.
