Nothing Found After Bomb Threat At Rutherford Co. Judicial Building
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Authorities said nothing was found during a search of the Rutherford County Judicial Building in Murfreesboro after a bomb threat on Monday morning.
The Rutherford County Sheriff's Department said a bomb threat was called in sometime before 9 a.m. about the building located at 20 N. Public Square. Officials said the caller was a man, but the call was not directed at anyone in particular.
The building, which houses General Sessions Court, was evacuated while the threat was investigated.
