Man Wanted In Hopkinsville Shooting
HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – Police in southern Kentucky are searching for a man accused of shooting another man outside a bar over the weekend.
Detectives with the Hopkinsville Police Department have taken out an arrest warrant for Timothy Brown in connection with the shooting outside the Pit Stop bar on West 7th Street just after 2 a.m. Saturday.
A police report said Brown fired shots at 28-year-old Robert Fleming of Owensboro, Kentucky. Fleming was struck once in the torso and taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center. He was later taken by Air Evac to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, where he was listed in critical but stable condition.
The motive for the shooting was not immediately released, but the report said they did not know each other.
