NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Two people were arrested for allegedly breaking into vehicles in south Nashville parking lots.

The most recent car break-in incident happened behind Club Ibiza on Old Hickory Boulevard.

Police said they spotted 31-year-old Manuel Marcial-Lopez with a bloody sock around his hand in the parking lot, and Carlos Rodriguez Alvarez was driving a vehicle where they discovered stolen purses, wallets, and electronic items.

The majority of the items were returned to some of the victims. One of the passports they found had been stolen back in August.

Both men were charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and other offenses.
