McDonald's Holds Fundraiser To Help Ronald McDonald House
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - McDonald's restaurants in the mid-state and in southern Kentucky will offer cheeseburgers for less than $1 on Monday to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House.
On January 7, the freezing temperatures caused a pipe to burst and flood the charity's Nashville home.
An entire wing was destroyed, and 17 families with critically ill children were forced to find other places to stay.
To help with the recovery, local McDonald's restaurants will offer cheeseburgers for 79-cents each from 10:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday.
All proceeds will go directly to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville.
