CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Investigators with the Clarksville Police Department have asked for help from the public to identify and catch the suspects in a violent home invasion.

Officials said two men forced their way into the home of Esteban Rangel-Luna on January 14 just before 9 p.m. The home was in a mobile home community off Power Street in Clarksville.

Rangel-Luna told police the unknown suspects hit him in the head and the face with a pistol before demanding money.

He said the men then then left in a red pick-up truck.

Rangel-Luna was transported to Gateway Medical Center for treatment. He suffered head and facial injuries.

Investigators were able to obtain surveillance video of the suspect vehicle as it entered the trailer park.

The truck could be seen driving up the entrance at 8:41 p.m. It was seen again at 8:48 p.m. with two males in the back. After the vehicle stopped, the men jumped out of the back and into the cab.

Officials said the truck was then seen turning onto Power Street with the lights out. The suspects then turned the lights on and made a right turn onto Providence Boulevard.

Police were searching for at least three suspects.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact the Clarksville Police Department or call the Crime Stoppers TIPS hotline at 931-645-TIPS (8477).
