Vacant Home Near Davidson-Cheatham Co. Line Destroyed By Fire
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A vacant home near the Davidson-Cheatham County line was destroyed by fire early Monday morning.
When firefighters got on the scene around 3 a.m., they said the home on Bull Run Road had already been on fire for about an hour.
It was fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters stayed back and let the blaze burn out since there was no danger to anyone inside.
Neighbors told NewsChannel 5 that someone moved out of the home a couple of months ago.
Officials said the home still had electricity, but it was unclear if that was the cause of the fire.
The Fire Marshal will be on scene later Monday to determine what started the fire.
