Suspected Drug Dealer Arrested For Possession Of Cocaine
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A suspected drug dealer was arrested after police said they believe he had a wholesale shipment of cocaine delivered to his south Nashville home.
Metro Police arrested 27-year-old Ever Guerrero, a Honduran national who also goes by the name "Ashley," after he allegedly made cocaine sales to a police operative in recent days.
Authorities said they found 255 grams of cocaine, approximately $2,800 in cash, and packaging equipment inside his home on Rice Road on Wednesday night.
They also found a La Santa Muerte shrine, which some people in the drug trade believe helps protect them from law enforcement.
Guerrero was charged with possession of cocaine for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released from the Metro Jail on $24,000 bond.
