Billy Currington To Headline Nashville's 4th Of July Celebration
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Country music singer Billy Currington will headline Nashville's Fourth of July celebration, officials announced Thursday.
Currington is a platinum-selling artist with number one singles such as "Don't," "Good Directions," "Must Be Doin' Something Right," and "People Are Crazy."
The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp also announced Thursday that the lineup will include country singer Ashley Monroe, singer/songwriting duo Striking Matches and the GRAMMY-winning Nashville Symphony Orchestra.
The "Music City July 4th: Let Freedom Sing!" will feature live music and family activities throughout the afternoon and evening, and the headlining concert will be followed by one of the nation's best fireworks displays choreographed to live music.
