Bridgestone Arena Unveils New Entrance, Announces Billy Joel Concert
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Six-time Grammy winner Billy Joel will play Bridgestone Arena on March 14, officials announced during the debut of the Arena's new entrance.
Tickets go on sale Saturday, January 18 at the box office, online, or by phone.
The performance marks Billy Joel's first solo headlining appearance at the arena in seven years.
"We are thrilled to have Billy Joel choose to return to Bridgestone Arena. This is sure to be a night filled with incredible hits that have touched all of us for years. This incredible show is a great addition to our stellar event calendar and to what is already a record setting year for the arena," said Sean Henry, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bridgestone Arena.
The announcement came at a news conference where officials also debuted the brand-new Nissan SoBro entrance at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Demonbreun.
The new entrance is part of a $20-million upgrade to re-vamp the south side of the arena, across the street from the Music City Center.
