Packers assistant coach resigns
An assistant offensive line coach with the Green Bay Packers is ending his tenure with the team.
The Packers announced that Joel Hilgenberg resigned after three years with the Packers.
“It has been a great experience for me to be with the Green Bay Packers these past few years, and I am thankful for the opportunity I was given,” Hilgenberg said in a statement. “I feel that it is more important now that I have more time to spend with my wife, Jeanie, and our daughter, Anna."
In his time with the Packers, the team ranked third in scoring in the NFL.
