For those who worry the Green Bay Packers are susceptible to a quarterback escaping against them like Colin Kaepernick did in the 2012 NFC divisional playoff, Friday's performance against the Seahawks and the highly mobile Russell Wilson should give a litle hope.
"I think we did a great job," defensive end C.J. Wilson told 620WTMJ's "Packers OT" after the 17-10 loss to Seattle.
Wilson only had one running play, for 13 yards. Besides that, he was sacked twice and intercepted twice.
The Packers defense held Wilson to three points in more than a half of offense.
"He's very fast. We knew coming into this game we had to stay in our rush lanes. He can run, make plays with his feet," said Wilson.
"Having Vince Young has helped us a lot...he does a good job with running quarterbacks coming up the first game."
