Muggy and Unsettled Weather

An unsettled weather pattern is taking shape for the end of the week.  A warm front is approaching from the west.  Ahead of the front, thunderstorms will become likely later this afternoon and tonight.  Some of the storms may be strong, but heavy rain will be the primary threat. High temperatures will remain in the 70s today, but it will also be a bit muggy.  Tonight will also be muggy with low temperatures in the 60s.

Warmer air starts to surge into Northeast Wisconsin on Friday.  High temperatures should reach the 80s, except for right along the lakeshore.  There will be a slight chance for thunderstorms on Friday, with the bulk of the storm activity staying south and west of the area.  This trend continues into the weekend.  We're keeping storms chances in the forecast for both Saturday and Sunday, but expect the rockiest of weather to stay to our southwest.  High temperatures this weekend will push well into the 80s and maybe even close to 90 by Sunday.
