Cold and Frosty Night Just Around the Corner

The monster low pressure system......... that aided in the Moore tornado....... and has been around for almost a week will continue to impact our weather into Thursday morning.  We'll see showers thoughout the night with areas of fog .  Tomorrow morning , a cold front will sweep through the area bringing gusty northeast winds and below normal temps.   Winds off the bay/lake will keep high temperatures in the  50s from the Fox Valley east. with lower 60s in western areas as the lake influence weakens.

Attention then turns to Thursday night as high pressure builds in from Canada.  Clear skies and light winds will create ideal conditions for some frost.  Temperatures are forecast to fall below 32 degrees NW of the Fox Valley.  A Freeze Watch has already been issued in northern areas.
