Lindsay Lohan has filed suit against Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., including its subsidiaries Rockstar Games and Rockstar North, over a character's resemblance to her in the company's "Grand Theft Auto V" video game.
She accuses the video company of basing the character "Lacey Jones" off of Lohan by encompassing "her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses,[and] jean shorts worn by plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years before the defendant's release of the GTA V game," reports CNN. The suit additionally details that "the game also features Hotel Chateau [Marmont] in West Hollywood, a place where thepPlaintiff once lived and often frequents."
The Lacey character in the video game is reportedly an actress who's frequently chased by the paparazzi, much like Lohan herself.
Prior to this suit, Lohan has previously sued E*Trade over a Super Bowl commercial quote and Pitbull for a lyric, both allegedly in direct relation to Lohan herself.
