Neenah--Neenah Police recieved reports of people sppeding and failing to stop when bus lights are flashing. They learned about the violations through a fourth grader who was so troubled by what she saw, that she called the department to say she's worried for her classmates and something needs to be done.
Neenah's Chief of Police, Kevin Wilkinson, said that if you see red lights falshing and a school bus is stopped, you must also stop. You must be at least 20 feet from the bus.
He said not doing so could land you a $326 fine and 4 points off your license.
