LAMBEAU FIELD -- Today, NBC26 got to take a peek inside the brand new Packers Pro Shop inside Lambeau Field.
The shop is part of the atrium renovation project and now boasts 21,500 square feet of shopping space. The new shop also features LED lighting displays, a wall full of hats, and a 6-foot-tall replica gameday helmet. Leaders with the Packers say there will be three days of special promotions and giveaways to celebrate the fans who make the Packers community possible.
"We wouldn't have been able to build a store like this if it wasn't for the fan support we have. It really starts with them. I'm very anxious to see the fans' reaction. I'm very hopeful they're gonna love it," says Organization President and CEO Mark Murphy.
The team will host an official ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:00 Thursday morning followed by the opening of the doors.
