GREEN BAY - The Packers' Mentor-Protegee Program hosted a free panel Thursday afternoon to help small businesses navigate the human resources field.
Panelists from larger businesses, including the Packers and Schreiber Foods, were on hand to help lead the discussion.
"This program's new, it's in its third year now, and it's a way for us to get companies together to learn from each other. Specifically, you have mentor companies that help protege companies become smarter in business, gain some more wisdom, and help themselves become a better business," said Packers spokesman Aaron Popkey.
Workers with the Packers organization say it's just one way for the team to give back to the community.
