Green Bay, WI -- Fighting breast cancer on wheels.
It's called the Marshfield Clinic Mobile Mammography Unit. The mobile testing center was unveiled today at the Salvation Army Kroc Center in Green Bay. This new unit will travel around the state providing tests for early detection of breast cancer.
"We're able to go out into areas where we have branches and even areas outside of our branch network and offer these services. There's a lot of rural areas, especially Northern Wisconsin and it's not easy to come by a clinic or a hospital," says Jennifer Kaminiski with Associated Bank.
Associated Bank made a $25,000 donation to get this mobile unit up and running.
