"Homeless Count" Reveals Increase in Homeless Population

BROWN COUNTY - A count of Brown County's homeless population reveals an increase in the number of people living on the streets.
About 100 volunteers walked the streets overnight, counting the number of people who were sleeping outside. They found 59 people sleeping outdoors. That's six more than the number found last year. 425 people were counted in Brown County homeless shelters.
