GREEN BAY, WI- We're less than forty eight hours away from kickoff which has fans from celebrating a little early at a Packers pep rally in downtown Green Bay. Meanwhile Packers employees are working around the clock doing their last minute preps for Sunday.
The Packers working hard since last week's win bringing in more inventory, stocking up on cold weather food and beverages.
"Try to stay ahead of it. Granted we're well aware we're going to have a high demand for hot drinks and we're going to do everything we can in power to make sure we have enough for the fans."
Charlie Millerwise with DNC Sportservice says some changes were made for the cold weather. Putting heaters on hundreds of beer towers to make sure they don't freeze. A problem in the past.
"We took everything opportunity we could to stay ahead of that so we don't run into that problem this week," says Millerwise.
The packers and DNC Sportservice are helping fans battle the cold this Sunday offering free hot chocolate and coffee at fixed concession stands.
